Before operating the emulsifying machine, we must first understand some taboos that should be paid attention to to prevent man-made accidents. We can from the following aspects to check one by one, check after the completion of the next step of production.

The 1. must first be connected to the power supply, and the ground wire of the emulsifying machine must be connected reliably to ensure the safety of electricity. Otherwise it is prone to disaster.
2., when the power is turned on, we need to jog the homogenizing head of the rotating emulsifier and observe the steering of the homogenizing head. Looking from top to bottom, counterclockwise rotation indicates that the power supply is correct. If it is clockwise rotation, it indicates that the power supply is reversed and the power supply should be reconnected.
The homogenizing head of the 3. emulsifier is strictly prohibited from idling in the absence of medium to prevent heating, burning and deformation of bearings and seals.
When vacuuming the 4., be sure to fill the vacuum pump water tank with water to prevent the vacuum pump from idling. When starting the vacuum pump for the first time, check whether the vacuum pipes are sealed to prevent air leakage and avoid insufficient vacuum.
5. before closing the vacuum pump, close the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump to prevent dew. When you need to raise the lid, be sure to open the air filter, so that the pot body into normal pressure, and then lift operation.
The 6. vacuum pump is strictly prohibited to open when the lid is not sealed. If there are special needs, the start cannot exceed three minutes to prevent damage.
7., when the material needs to be heated, first ensure that there is a heating medium in the emulsifier jacket to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating tube.
8. in the process of operating the emulsifying machine, if there is abnormal noise, must immediately turn off the power, to find out the reason, can then operate.
9. in the process of emulsifying machine operation, it is strictly prohibited to put all parts of the body into the pot body, to prevent accidents.
When 10. cleaning the emulsifying machine, be sure to cut off all power before it can be carried out to avoid accidents.
