In normal production, it is easy for the operator to ignore the detection of the operating condition of the equipment. Therefore, the technical personnel of the general regular emulsifying machine manufacturer will emphasize that the operator should pay attention to the operation of the equipment to avoid improper use and detect the working condition at any time to avoid equipment damage and material loss due to illegal operation. The order of starting and feeding, the choice of cleaning methods and cleaning supplies, the feeding method, the environmental treatment in the working process, etc., are all prone to equipment damage or safety problems caused by carelessness, for example, when using, foreign matter accidentally falls into the pan of the emulsifying machine to cause damage, the operation sequence is not in accordance with the regulations to cause damage and material scrapping, the material dripping to the ground during manual feeding is not cleaned in time, causing sliding to bruise and other personal safety problems, etc. All are easy to ignore and difficult to investigate afterwards, so users need to strengthen supervision and prevention. In addition, in the process of work, abnormal noise, peculiar smell, sudden vibration and other abnormal phenomena, the operator should immediately check and properly handle, must put an end to the idea of waiting for production to be processed, so as to avoid serious damage and loss caused by sick work.

2. Maintenance of electrical equipment: it is necessary to ensure that the equipment and electrical control system are clean and hygienic, do a good job of moisture-proof and anti-corrosion, and the frequency converter should do a good job of ventilation, dust removal and other heat dissipation. If this aspect is not done well, it may have a great impact on electrical equipment and even burn out electrical equipment. (Note: Before electrical maintenance, turn off the main switch, lock the electrical box with a padlock, and do a good job of safety signs and safety protection).
3. Heating system: The safety valve should be checked regularly to prevent the valve from rusting and failure, and the trap should be checked regularly to prevent debris from blocking.
4. Vacuum system: The vacuum system, especially the water ring vacuum pump, sometimes burns the motor due to rust or debris during use. Therefore, check whether there is a blockage during daily maintenance. The water ring system must be unblocked. If the vacuum pump is blocked during use, stop the vacuum pump immediately and start it again after cleaning the vacuum pump.
5. Sealing system: Emulsion machine has many seals. The mechanical seal should be replaced with dynamic and static rings regularly. The cycle depends on the frequent use of the equipment. The double-end mechanical seal should always check the cooling system to avoid cooling failure and burn the mechanical seal. The skeleton seal should be made of appropriate materials according to the characteristics of the material and replaced regularly according to the maintenance manual during use.
6. Lubrication: For motors and reducers, replace lubricating grease regularly according to the user manual. For frequent use, check the viscosity and acidity of lubricating grease in advance, and replace lubricating oil in advance.
7. During the use of the equipment, the user must regularly send the instruments and meters to the relevant departments for verification to ensure the safety of the equipment.
8. If there is an abnormal sound or other fault during the operation of the vacuum emulsifier, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then run after troubleshooting.
