The unit is a product specially designed, researched and produced according to the manufacturing process of ointment and cream products through introducing and digesting advanced technology from abroad. It can meet technological requirements of ointment manufacturing and emulsifying of cosmetics, medicine and other media under vacuum. The unit is composed of vacuum emulsifying and agitating tank, oil phase boiler, water phase boiler, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, automatic feeding system, electric control system, etc.

The unit is featured by simple operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area, high automatic degree, etc. Reverse slow speed scraping agitating. Special scraping agitator clings to the boiler wall and bottom. Rotation speed: 0~40rpm frequency conversion speed adjustment. The high speed homogenizing head at the bottom carries out dispersion and emulsification through high speed rotation of homogenizing agitating blade. Rotation speed: 0~3500rpm frequency conversion speed adjustment. The built-in vacuum pump adopts vacuum material sucking, which can effectively avoid dust. The whole process is carried out under vacuum condition, so as to effectively avoid producing bubbles in the materials after high speed agitating. It is provided with the CIP cleaning system. In the vessel, the parts contacting the materials are made of SUSL316L. The interior surface is subjected to mirror polishing 300EMSH treatment (sanitary level). The unit is manufactured in full conformity with GMP requirements. It is currently the ideal production equipment of ointment and cream products.
